Eleven years ago I started my business as a stationery designer and for a while there, it felt like I was just holding on for dear life, white-knuckling my way through it all. The constant ups and downs with income, insane deadlines and feeling of behindness was eating away at my life. Googling or binging podcasts was only getting me so far wouldn't help me solve the problem of shiny object syndrome.
Then I hired my first coach.
